We are planning a searchable database to assist you here in selecting the best available computing resources for your particular job. For example, if you already know which program and options you want to use (say Gauss with Maximum Likelihood package) and what size and format your datasets have, and what working space you'll need, you'll be able to find your departmental and central computing resources, where you can accomplish this task with all the necessary technical (file and compute server or public PC, data conversion)  and administrative (how can I get a permission/account) information. If choices are available and speed of executing the job is important, server benchmarks will help you make the right decision. Stay tuned for more information here.
